Brook Street is proud to be partnering with the largest independent provider of technical services support to the UK brewing industry. Our clients are currently looking for candidates with a professional manner who are able to think on their feet and have great customer service experience.
As a Smart Dispense Technician your responsibility will be to provide an amazing service to the clients existing and new clients all across the Bournemouth area. This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the Smart Dispense system ensuring the continued great quality of dispensers.
Don't worry; you don't have to have any previous technical experience as our client will provide full training. It's your customer service skills, determination to succeed and deliver a great customer experience with a positive can do attitude that our client wants.
Safety will be your number one priority, and you will actively contribute to our client's zero accident culture through leading by example and ensuring you deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability when on our customer's premises.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, which will be comprised of 8.5 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm, which will be operated on a rota basis.
In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £21,586 per year. In addition you will receive 28 days holiday, Company Van and quarterly incentive.
