We are currently recruiting for an interesting position for the Northamptonshire Police
This Role is for 12 months initially and is a mixture of home working and office working

About the role:

To conduct training needs analysis, design, deliver and evaluate relevant development activities in line with organisation priorities, vision and values including leadership, management development, personal development and positive action programmes. To support the Senior Leadership and Management Development Trainer with delivering all aspects of leadership development.
