I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Complex Care Recruiter to join an established Wolverhampton based provider. You'll play a crucial role in finding exceptional care professionals to support individuals with complex needs.

What You'll Do:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify and attract top talent.
• Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
