My client is growing and are seeking an awesome Social Media & Content Manager for this leading international beauty company.

The Social Media & Content Manager will define and implement the organic social media strategy for key brands for the client, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. This role considerate with the internal Marketing and Creative teams to support them, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network. Additionally, this role will manage online content, shaping seasonal themes & initiatives into engaging stories that will feed our social platforms.

You will have a degree in marketing or related field plus 2 years or more of relevant experience in similar role.
Proven knowledge of social media management with a Beauty, fashion, retail or agency background.
You will have a deep understanding of all things digital and social best practise.
Understand the mix of paid, earned and owned social media
Great copy-writing skills
Reactive and flexible to fast paced and evolving working environment
You will be dynamic, fun, creative and hardworking with a fantastic eye for detail and truly passionate about Beauty and Fashion. Ideally you will live and breathe it!

Up to £35,000 depending on background and qualifications
