A company with over 70 rewards in their field are currently recruiting for a new Social Media Executive to join their growing team in their Harrow office.

The role is paying £25,000 per year and includes 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays and provides a pension.

The main duties involve:
" Develop and manage PR and community communication strategies as well as a calendar of key seasonal events and themes.
" Responsible for launching new products on social media channels
" Build relationships with customers, potential customers, influences, industry professionals and journalists.
" Social media management for two brands
" Develop sponsorship strategy and implementing marketing campaigns.
" Build and manage an online forum, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter, news and blogs
" Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
" Increase feedback and online reviews
" Make any website updates and improvements if necessary.
" Identify and track relevant community metrics, website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
" Any other duties as required by the company.
