An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a growing law practice in Redcar centre.

The position is for an experienced and committed Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will become part of an established team and manage a busy and challenging case load across all aspects of child protection and public law matters including advocacy and case management.

Managing a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded family matters, the successful candidate will become part of an established team. The caseload will include: divorce; ancillary relief; injunctions; children issues; pre- and post-nuptial agreements; domestic violence; and TOLATA claims. A demanding and hands-on role within a progressive practice suited to a committed professional.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 12 months` experience in Public Law/Family Law.

You will preferably have Children Panel or Family Panel accreditation although not essential.

You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will be a confident and assured advocate.
You will be a team player and equally able to work on your own initiative.
You will have excellent inter personal skills across all levels.
You will be organised, flexible with a professional and friendly approach.
