Experienced Executory Paralegal required to join long standing local legal firm based in Moray-shire.

The firm pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and in ensuring that clients will have 1 point of contact from beginning to end.

Previous experience of estate administration essential.

Duties include:

Administration of Executory estates.
Assisting with the process through to the final distribution of the estate.
Investigating of estates.
Preparing of Accounts of Charge and Discharge.
Dealing with clients by letter, telephone, e-mail.
Drafting of various Legal Documents.
