Brook Street are working in partnership with a growing and leading Scottish law firm who are known for their expertise and specialist legal advice. Our client has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rural Land and Business Associate (RLB). The successful applicant will join the firm's Agricultural and Estate Management team and will work on a variety of portfolios, as well as mentoring junior Lawyers and playing a key role in developing the office.

Candidates should have:
Qualified Scottish solicitor with up to 4 years PQE
Able to build client relationships
Highly organised and able to prioritise profitability
Confidence in business development situations and committed to building your personal reputation in the sector
Achieve fee earning potential
Behave professionally at all times by demonstrating professional and ethical conduct
