Solution Sales Specialist
Contract is 18 months
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Solution Sales Specialist in the Education Industry. This is a Northern-based (preferably Scotland) contract role running for 18 months.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: up to £67,425 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

As a Device Solution Sales Specialist you are the expert for educational accounts and work as part of education industry team:
" Drive new revenue growth across a wide variety of devices by showing excellence in pipeline & inventory management to achieve monthly forecasts
" Deliver education customer digital transformation and success through accelerated adoption and usage
" Compete proactively to win new business
" Drive success of education partner devices
" Be the interface to the customers and partners and orchestrate a v-team of resources to solve customer problems
" Extend relationships beyond IT to decision makers like school leadership, principals and teachers
" Solve customer business challenges by presenting the value of Windows devices, including use cases, financial analysis, ROI, etc
" Own opportunities from start to close by working together with virtual teams
" Continuously nurture and expand sales, business, technology, and competitive readiness
" Device Sales (experience selling Devices within Educational area is preferred. He/she will be working closely with the partners and directly with the customers to identify opportunities. Then allocate opportunities to partners.
" Partner Management/Sales
" Proficiency with Technology - Windows10 Devices, O365 and Intune
" Minimum 3-5 years' experience
" Required - Bachelor's Degree or appropriate technology channel experience
" Sales oriented
" Demonstrated (or reported) organisational skills
" Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork, diversity and cross-team alignment
" Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
" Strong communication & presentation skills.
" Great telephone manner and ability to think quickly with clear articulation
" Personable - ability to be quickly liked and trusted
" High-level of comfort with technology and software. Experience with Microsoft products required (Windows 10, Office 365, Intune)
" A passionate self-starter that is driven to not only meet, but surpass goals - team player
" Experience in working for Distribution or Reseller is a bonus
