Full-Time permanent Sous Chef required for a gorgeous 4* hotel set just outside of Basingstoke. Happy to consider you if you have experience as a Sous Chef or if you are a Chef de Partie looking for someone to take a chance on you.

The new Sous Chef will have a genuine passion for both food and people - being able to keep guests happy and adapt to their needs sometimes means thinking on your feet and that's why you've got to love change - you'll know as well as we do that no two days in a kitchen are the same!

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Head Chef with daily operations, providing support in changing up and recreating the meals developed by the Group Executive Chef.
