Sous Chef

Seeking to find a Sous Chef to initially work a 40-hour week on a mixed rota. You will be working as part of a small dynamic kitchen team in a hotel environment.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist the Head Chef to ensure that kitchen is run in accordance with company policies and in line with all hygiene/compliance regulations.
You will assist the Head Chef in ensuring the successful food operation of the hotel, as well as supporting with cost control, wastage, breakages, and stock control. You will have responsibility for the operation of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will ensure that you and the team produce a consistently high-quality food offering for our guests and be focused on service standards and food presentation.
As Sous Chef you will be an ambassador for the guest journey and you will epitomise the brand values and service behaviours to ensure they are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.
