Sous Chef - Telford - Salary £20,000 -£23,000pa dependant on experience

You will be working a forty hour week working 5 out of 7 days including evenings or weekends.

You will need a current valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate & a suitable catering qualification.
You will need previous experience working in a fast paced professional catering environment.
You will need to have experience of catering using fresh ingredients.
As the Sous Chef you will be deputising for the Head Chef, so will need to demonstrate previous experience of running a kitchen and managing a team ensuring a swift efficient service is delivered. In addition to the supervisory experience you will need to have a sound understanding of relevant food safety control techniques including HACCP.
