This is a once in a lifetime fantastic career opportunity that has arisen for a passionate and creative Sous Chef to work for a leading and award winning 4* luxurious Hotel. Are you passionate about all things food? If so then you could potentially be second in command, working alongside an inspirational culinary wizard of a Head Chef who is well established and known within the food industry.

You will enjoy motivating and managing others whilst creating and delivering delicious, freshly cooked and beautifully presented dishes. If you have had experience of working within a rosette awarded restaurant we want to hear from you!

The successful applicant will have a proven track record working in 4-5 star Hotels or Michelin rated restaurants and managing teams is key. The team are well established, passionate and dedicated so we`re in need of an inspiring professional to set an example, assist in creating menus, order stock and plan rotas.
