A fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to step up to a Sous Chef position or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge at a busy, vibrant restaurant in the centre of Hull that`s known for producing quality, Fresh food with a bimonthly changing menu.
Who you will be working for:
A large restaurant in the centre of Hull with 90 covers known for entertainment and quality food.
What you will be responsible for:
You will be Joining a strong Kitchen Brigade that is looking for a chef that feels they have leadership qualities to take charge of the Bar Food Operation ensuring the correct levels of prep are in place ready for service.
Working Calmly under pressure to deliver consistent food standards in both taste and presentation.
You will also work on the restaurant starter/dessert sections serving up to 90 covers per service.
Training will be provided on the main course menu in the full restaurant to allow you to cover the head Chef and Sous Chefs on there days off or holidays.
working week is around 45 hours, 5 shifts over 7 days

" Deliver consistent food standards in both taste and presentation
" chef de partie: 3 years` experience
" Certificate of Higher Education (Preferred)
" Food hygiene (Preferred)
