A beautiful Hotel, Golf Course and Spa in an idyllic setting is looking for a Sous Chef to join their AA Rosette awarded restaurant serving modern british food.

My client is currently recruiting for a full time Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen who will assist the Head Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This role will contribute to the achievement of Gross Profit targets, maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, train/develop colleagues and provide effective internal service.
