Job Description

We are seeking a Training Manager to cover the London area on a permanent basis.

Our client is currently working with an exciting range of professional organisations to put a modern twist on traditional leadership programmes. We have an increasing demand for our apprenticeships, and so we are looking for a trainer, based in London to join our dedicated team. Ideally, you'll have experience of delivering ILM/CMI qualifications, be a great communicator and be open to a new challenge.

Whilst we ideally need someone who has experience of delivery of ILM or CMI qualifications, we are also interested in vocational exposure - ie with management within any sector, you may have managed a team themselves so you can bring your own views to the student journey. However, you don't need to be an expert in management as we have external experts who help create and deliver some of the content, depending on the programme.

We are open to the applications that we receive. The main thing is that we require a passionate individual who feels that they could inspire and deliver training on a day to day basis.
