We have an exciting opportunity for a SOX Control Manager to come and play a crucial part in our accounts function within our offices in Uxbridge.

Your Duties:

As the SOX Control Manager assists the senior management in defining the control objectives and monitoring compliance efforts.

You will review test findings within the Internal/External Audit Team, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to the senior management of the company.

You will identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures and supports the management of the related processes and procedures.

You will be responsible for working with different business owners on implementation, execution and compliance with entity level controls. The SOX Compliance Manager evaluates the review and analyse data pertaining to information systems functions relative to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

You will also be required to perform ad-hoc duties as and when needed by management as well as liaise with different departments within the business.

Who we're looking for;

-You will hold a background in SOX compliance for a minimum of 3 years.

-Has worked within large organisations before

-Confident being able to liaise with different departments

-Analytical with brilliant eye for detail

This is a permanent part time role of 25 hours a week. £50,000 pro rata.
