Job Description

On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Customer Advisor to join their growing and thriving company.

DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION DUE TO RURAL LOCATION.

You will deal with customer enquiries over the phone, via email and a ticketing system, which is linked to the various marketplaces we sell on. You will also use our bespoke systems to process orders, repairs, exchanges and returns. You'll provide support to other teams too, in dealing with their growing range of Marketplaces. You must be able to speak fluent Spanish to be considered for this position.

Daily Tasks:
o Answering customer queries over the phone, via email and ticketing system; you will be confident and creative in resolving customer issues in a friendly manner, on a wide range of products, in an agreed timescale.
o Ensuring all selling channels and marketplaces uphold our Five Star Rating and Top Seller Status.
o Processing customer returns/refunds, repairs or replacements of items.
o Liaising with couriers and using online portals to arrange deliveries, collections and resolve queries.
o Dealing with administration on all Marketplaces.

Key Skills required:
o A positive and forward thinking approach, and able to keep calm under pressure.
o Team work as well as initiative to work on your own.
o Computer literate to a high standard, with great Microsoft Office skills.
o Good technical understanding would be advantageous.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
o Be able to write and speak Spanish.
o Any other languages would also be advantageous.
o Experience in a technical role or having good technical knowledge and understanding would be extremely beneficial.
o Knowledge of any other languages would also be advantageous.

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week).
