Job Description

Are you fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English? Do you have customer service experience?

If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you on a fixed term contract for a company based in Sutton Courtenay, near Abingdon.

The company is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract running until the end of August. As part of their busy customer service team you will be expected to handle enquiries via email and an instant messaging system for Spanish and English customers using their service. You will need to solve any queries that arise and provide solutions for customers issues in real-time.

To be considered for this role you must be fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English, have previous customer service experience as well as good grammar and excellent IT skills. Due to the rural location of the company you do need to drive and have your own vehicle.

The hours you will be expected to work will total 37.5 hours a week and will depend on your shift pattern which includes some evening and weekend working.
