An excellent opportunity has arisen in a modern IT company that provide complete Data Protection Platform for businesses and IT professionals across Europe & America. Due to sustained growth and continued success they are recruiting for Tier II Technical Support who has the ability to speak fluent SPANISH as well as the ability to communicate in English.
This position is located at their Worcester base.
To be considered you must have strong server experience and at least 5 years supporting Microsoft networks.
As Technical Support you will use phone or email to provide software technical support to customers and/or partners using the companies IT products. You will provide front line support on questions ranging from basic to complex, with main focus on the European market, specifically their Spanish client market.
To be considered for this role you must be confident in your ability to communicate in Spanish - written, reading and speaking and possess a strong and stable track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility, within the IT sector.
BS or BA degree in a computer related field preferred, however equivalent work experience can replace the education requirement. You must possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of customers, and solid knowledge supporting Microsoft networks.
In return for all the above you will be offered a full time, position within a growing organisation and a highly competitive basic salary circa £35,000 plus 10% company bonus.
