Salary: £19805
Hours: 37.5 hours
5 days over 7

The client:
In partnership with a recognised care and support charity, who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for the most disadvantaged communities, I am seeking full and part time SPECIALIST MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKERS, for their recovery and rehabilitation service in Shropshire.

The Job:
Based in Shrewsbury, you will provide recovery focused support to individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs, within a 24-hour service.


Working as a team, and in collaboration with management, you will work closely with customers to develop life skills, that will allow them to build successful relationships with their community, whilst effectively managing their health and well-being and accessing resources that will drive their personal independence and choice.

Are you:

Able to work flexibly within a 24-hour rota system, to include evenings, weekends, and sleep in shifts?


Experienced working with people with complex mental health needs - including schizophrenia, self-harm, depression, and personality disorders?

OR

Do you have personal experience of this?

OR

Perhaps you have worked with adults with other complex needs such as learning disabilities and are looking for a new challenge?

Qualified to NVQ level 2 in health and social care or working towards this?
