Our London based Client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work in their new office in Manchester City Centre.

The company are specialist recruiters of CFOs, Finance Directors and senior finance resources to private equity-backed businesses. They work with private equity investors, their portfolio companies or privately-owned businesses looking to exit, to provide the best quality finance talent. The company goal is to provide excellence in recruitment and this is the challenge that they strive to achieve, to be the best.

They are looking to take on a high quality Sales Person / Recruiter who wants the opportunity to progress and develop excellent company status.

The Role:
As a consultant you will have had recruitment experience previously or been in a Account Management / Business Development role and you are looking to further your career taking on more responsibility or are looking to move into a new market, working as a specialist in the private equity sector. You will be offered the potential for high earnings within your first few months as well as receiving dedicated training with in house specialist

The right person will demonstrate the following attributes:
" Previous Sales experience or Recruitment Consultant experience you will have previous experience of effectively exceeding targets.
" Drive and determination to achieve results
" Willingness to progress and striving for promotion on a regular basis.
You will be generating new business and bringing on new clients, identifying the talent needed to fill their roles. You will engage and develop with effective training and hit targets with excellent earning potential.

You must be willing to train in the London office but the role will be based in Manchester on a permanent basis once training is completed.
