Job Description

We are currently working with a top membership body based in Central London, recruiting for a Sponsorship Executive to join them on a temporary basis until end of January 2020, reporting into the Corporate Relations Manager. Based within Marketing & Business Development department, you will play a key role in maximising income generated through a variety of sponsorship, advertising and corporate partner opportunities.

Hourly rate: £19.01

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31st January 2020

Key responsibilities:
Working with the Corporate Relations Manager to identify possible sponsors and then propose relevant sponsorship packages in line with the organisation`s objectives
Conduct research initiatives on behalf of the Corporate Relations Team relating to proposed corporate partners, healthcare developments and policy to ensure up to date industry knowledge
Work to coordinate strategies on web advertising including selling, management of internal clients and intelligence on statistics
Develop strategies in line with member marketing materials with a specific focus on student recruitment opportunities, guides for newly qualified students and other materials
Occasionally attend events and networking opportunities, and gather market intelligence
Assist and coordinate the development of promotional materials e.g. e-bulletins, sales brochures etc

Candidate requirements:
Able to evidence knowledge of selling web advertising and understanding of web monitoring tools
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports
Ideally, you will also have some project management expertise, and some understanding of the sponsorship process
