New role based in Trafford Park, with a well-established company. We are looking for a Implementation Specialist who has the experience and enthusiasm to manage/train a low tech oriented workforce and to also maintain a fast paced warehouse.
*Stock control experience is essential.
*Main duties include the following.
*Training & mentoring of users on the in-house stock systems
*Take timings to document improvements
*Debriefing issues to the operations team
*Communicating results and any anomalies found
*Keeping stock control system up to date by:
*Entering new products
*Producing reports, must have good IT skills
*Carrying out stock checks
*Checking picked orders and resolving
Liaison with other staff and contact with customers and suppliers by telephone and email is also a daily task, so we are looking for someone who also has excellent customer service skills.
