Job Description

My client a well established creative company based in Bradford are looking for an experienced stock controller.


Duties will include:
" Update system daily with information received from suppliers.
" Run and action reports regarding order & stock status.
" Chase suppliers for purchase order confirmations.
" Chase suppliers for delivery dates and copy documents.
" Match off delivery notes with supplier invoices
" Post supplier invoices onto the Purchase ledger system.
" General updating of the system
" Monitoring stock sales and placing new purchase orders


In exchange my client offer a yearly salary of £18,500 per annum, free parking, time keeping/Christmas bonuses and 25 days holidays + Bank hols.


Hours 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
Monday & Tuesday 8.30am until 5.00pm
Wednesday & Thursday 9.00am until 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am until 4.00pm
