Job Description
Are you tired of travelling to London daily? Are you looking for a new local oppotunity? Are you an experienced stock coordinator? If so this could be the perfect position for you.
My client are one of the UK`s largest provider of furniture to the property market and are based in East London. They currently have a new exciting opportunity for a stock coordinator
*Continually monitor stock levels in warehouse against stock requirements in MIS to ensure minimum levels are maintained to meet expected daily sales.
*Daily production of purchase/transfer orders to maintain stock levels. Production of special orders as requested by sales, in line with current procedures.
*Produce and distribute daily stock level reports for other departments. Daily production of stock reports in Navision to check sales requirements.
*Liaise with warehouse team to ensure all paperwork for deliveries is up to date and goods are selected in good time for onward delivery.
*Production of purchase & transfer orders in MIS to balance stock holding as directed by Inventory Supervisor.
*Encourage and develop efficient communication between offices, in particular between head office, rental, package & design divisions.
You will be highly motivated, an excellent communicator with exceptional organisational skills, a highly motivated team player.
Stock control experience (minimum of 1 year)
Advanced knowledge of Excel, work & outlook
Experience within the fashion, retail or furniture industry (desirable)
£23,000 plus £2,000 bonus, pension, holiday entitlement
