You will be working for well-established and successful company in Norwich, Norfolk.
You will be expected to sell the cookers and other products they have in store and online, make sure sales targets are being met, manage demos on the cookers for the customers, advertising promotions in store, online and social media. You will also be expected to attend local fairs and events to promote the store and brand. It is also essential that you manage the shop and your team to make sure the shop is running smoothly, and all tasks are being completed. You will also be in contact with higher management on a weekly basis, provide training for staff when needed, answer customer queries.
You will ideally have sales experience within a retail environment but not essential. It is essential that you have a passion for cookers or cooking, so if you are currently a passionate Chef with an ability to sell and manage a small team, then we would love to hear from you. It is also desirable that you have an understanding on how to business develop and have a great track record.
You will receive Initial training when you get offered this position. You will learn about all the products, how to manage the team and the process.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and working two Saturdays a month, 10am to 5pm.
You will also receive a lucrative package of £28,000 per annum, which is negotiable depending on the candidate with 33 days holiday, staff discount, pension and monthly bonuses when your team has met sales targets.
