Brook street is recruiting for a store retail manager within the food industry based just outside Peterborough (PE6).

Salary - £22,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience

Location - Peterborough (PE6)

Hours - 5 days, Monday - Saturday

Duties of the Store Manager

• Oversee a team of up to 4 colleagues
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintaining stock levels
• Opening and closing of the store
• End of day duties
• Keeping the store clean and tidy
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Motivate your team

Key Qualities for the Store Manager

• Highly organised and trustworthy
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be a great motivator
• Previous management experience
