We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team and manage the day to day running of our Fort William store. Excellent High Street location and well established team make it a perfect place to grow, develop and progress your career
As a Store Manager you`ll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver the highest level of service whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated and well trained.
It`s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach and the ability to demonstrate strong visual merchandise skills


Target driven, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets
Working at Store Manager level within a fashion retailer
Would consider someone working at department/sales manager level in larger retailer
Commercially knowledgeable
Experienced in presenting stock at a high standard.
Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure
Great people management skills

£27,000 - £30,000 PA 39 hours over 5 days, 1 in 4 weekends off, generous staff discounts
