DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A STORE MANAGER? THIS WILL IDEALLY BE WITHIN THE JEWELLERY, WATCH AND DIAMOND INDUSTRY.

You will operate a service focused environment where operational excellence is required. You will have a genuine passion for customer engagement and delivering a truly personable level of service.

You will experience managing a stand-alone store is highly desirable, as is experience in very `customer focused` retail environments. You will have had exposure and knowledge of luxury watches and/or diamond/jewellery is essential. Confidence with a genuine passion for building positive customer connections as well as strong leadership and people management, experience including coaching, recruitment and performance management.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the industry, attention to detail, the ability to work in a busy environment, the ability to manage and support the shop floor team along with previous management experience.
