Job Description

We're a well-established engineering solutions business based in Croydon currently looking for an experienced Store Person.
We have a great team here and can boast amazing retention with our staff as we hope to create a great working environment for all our valued team members.
Your new role will be based in our warehouse mainly dealing with goods in/out, taking deliveries and loading up outgoing vehicles.
We want you do be able to keep an eye on inventory and able to check off delivery manifests along with other small admin tasks.
There's some heavy loads that come through our doors so we ant you to jump on the forklift with confidence, previous experience with this is a must!
Other duties may include……
preparing jobs and/or materials for manufacture
picking jobs
organising and controlling sub-contracted work
storing and filling up consumables such as cleaning products etc
organising overall and PPE storage and replacements
carrying out tasks required by the management
basic production work
The successful candidate will be able to competently use a computer, have the required forklift licence, be friendly and accommodating a well as being able to work on their own incentive.
39 hrs + Overtime when needed
Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm
Fri - 8am - 1pm
20 days holiday per year going up 1 day for every year served up to a maximum of 25 days
