Job Description

Do you have a history in managing housing and strong administrative skills? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable Oxford institution in central Oxford.

Duties will include:

" Organise, co-ordinate papers, attend meetings as appropriate and contribute to the discussions, and arrange the minuting, of meetings with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
" To be responsible for producing and reviewing a wide range of correspondence, emails, reports, schedules and other documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
" To liaise, as appropriate, with colleagues throughout the University, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
" To liaise with external consultants, landlords, local authorities, statutory stakeholders, neighbours, residents, colleagues and students.
" Respond professionally to a wide range of enquiries by phone, email and in person including liaising with appropriate University staff at all levels and external agencies.
" Apply a good understanding of established University systems, methods and processes or procedures to analyse and resolve related problems.
" To support information for internal and external reports.
" Contribute to the development of the Planning and Housing Strategy, including the preparation of indicative programmes with associated financial modelling and provide analysis and reports on the impact of the development opportunities.
" Contribute to the development of the University's option appraisal, in particular advising on the critical path implications of capital investment decisions

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- A history working in housing
- Strong admin and budget control skills
- Highly organised and ability to work under pressure


This role is 36.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
