We are recruiting for Strategic Team Lead, with a background in an FCA regulated Government department. As a Strategy Team Lead, within the Strategic Management team, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing and embedding strategy and change management; building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to achieve and deliver the organisations strategic ambitions. You will be contributing to ensuring this organisation continues to be effective in protecting people savings in workplace pensions and create better outcomes for savers in later life.
To be successful in this role, you will:
" Have a degree and/or extensive experience of working in strategy for a large organisations, regulator or Government department.
" Experience of interacting at all levels and working with external stakeholders
" Be comfortable with making and implementing strategic recommendations
" Have a good understanding of working in the Pensions industry and working in FCA regulated environments
