Job Description
My client based within the Education Sector are looking for an experienced highly organised and detail-oriented Student Experience Coordinator to join their team on a temporary on going basis. You will be responsible in coordinating examination boards and managing academic cases, ensuring a high standard of student experience and adherence to institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examination Board Coordination:
- Coordinate the logistics and successful delivery of examination boards, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and on time.
- Provide senior support to Summary Disciplinary Panels, facilitating communication and documentation.
- Management of Appeals and Academic Malpractice Cases:
- Oversee the coordination of all Appeals and Academic Malpractice cases, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Review and analyse appeals, complaints, and academic malpractice cases, assessing evidence and preparing reports as necessary.
- Case Load Management:
- Manage and maintain an organized case-load for all Academic Conduct and Disciplinary (ACD) related work, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including academic staff and students, to ensure effective communication and support throughout the process.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with the documentation and record-keeping related to examination boards, appeals, and disciplinary cases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to teaching, learning, and student experience.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in higher education administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of academic policies and procedures, particularly in relation to examinations and student conduct.
- Excellent analytically skills, with the ability to review complex cases and synthesise information effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to students and staff.
