PUBLIC SECTOR HOT SUMMER JOBS !

ADMIN / CLERICAL / PA / SECRETARIAL ROLES

Brook Street (UK) Ltd have multiple of summer vacancies including Administrators, Clerical Officers, Customer Service Advisors, Helpdesk Operators, and Recruitment Advisors to work with our public sector clients for a period of at least 3 months in Armagh, Belfast, Ballee, Ballymena, Craigavon, Dundonald, Enniskillen, Lisburn, Omagh, Strabane and many other locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Duties include:
Diary Management
Emails
Audio Typing / Dictation
Telephone Calls
Typing - minutes of meetings, letters, forms
Filing
Photocopying
Collate information
Use of IT systems

Candidates must:
be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word; and
have at least one years` experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.

The hours of work are from 0800-1600, 0900 to 1700, and 0900-1730, and the days of work typically Monday to Friday depending on the role and the client. The rates of pay vary depending on the client and the role which the client wants us to fill but they range from £9.50 to £13.81 per hour.
