Supervisor/Key Holder

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Supervisor to join their expanding team of enthusiastic professionals within the catering industry.


A local family run business offering a wide range of home made baked produce throughout the highlands and Moray. Delivering excellent customer service and exceptional quality on a day to day basis.


As Supervisor you will be required to assist the Manager in co-ordinating the shop to ensure a high standard of operation. Be able to demonstrate high standards of conduct and leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide efficient service & top quality customer care. You will also need to carry out administrative duties as required. It will also be your responsibility for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices whilst assisting in the training & development of the team.


The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be flexible with working hours between Monday - Saturday.


Full training for this position will be given however experience in a similar role will be advantageous. This is a managerial position with key holder responsibilities.
