Our client is a family-run business with shops throughout the Highlands. They value exceptional customer service and expect high standards from all levels of their team.
As a Team Supervisor/Keyholder, you will be required to assist the Manager in co-ordinating the shop to ensure a high standard of operation. Be able to demonstrate high standards of conduct and leadership at all times, monitoring and motivating your team to provide efficient service and top-quality customer care. You will also need to carry out administrative duties as required. It will be your responsibility to ensure high standards of hygiene are met in store, and to assist with the training & development of the team.
The ideal candidates will have customer service and supervisory experience.
Travel will be required between Keith and Elgin to meet business needs. Travel costs and mileage will be covered when travelling between different sites, as agreed by client.
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, but should be flexible to work up to full-time hours.
Full training is provided, but experience in a similar role is preferred.
Pay rate will initially be £8.67 but will increase to £9.06 upon successful completion of a training period.
