Brook Street (UK) Ltd has been engaged by our client to secure a Supplier Maintenance Team Leader to work at Executive Officer level within their Accounts department, which specialise on the Education sector throughout Northern Ireland.

Based in Armagh, the Supplier Maintenance Team Leader will check details for a new suppliers and amended suppliers and enter them into the Oracle Financial system. The checks may include the Check Employment Status for Tax (CEST) and the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Other general office administrative duties will include:
" the potential supervision of administrative staff in the section including the management and allocation of duties;
" providing administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet and internet facilities;
" providing advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals in respect of agreed aspects of the service;
" assisting in the collation of factual data and statistical information from various sources in order to support the work identified;
" preparing letters, minutes, notes and other clerical support to officers as appropriate; and
" providing customer service via telephone and on a face-to-face basis.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year`s experience in an office-based administrative role, and must have NVQ Level 3, BTEC National or two A Levels or equivalent or higher examination qualifications.

This is a full-time role based in Armagh working 37 hours per week between Monday and Friday, and the rate of pay is £10.70 per hour.
