Job Description

Are you a confident communicator with the ability to analyse numeric data? Are you experienced in contracts administration or a graduate looking for a new challenging opportunity? If the answer is yes, this could be the ideal role for you...

We are working with a reputable and well known organisation in the education sector based in central Oxford. Their procurement team are looking for two new talented individuals to join them in the management and development of all procurement suppliers.
You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to influence as a key responsibility in the role will be to establish key relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will also need strong MS Excel skills as much of the report analysis or production of weekly and monthly reports will be performed by yourself.

The position is initially an administrative based position with the ability to evolve with the support of the organisations training on the procurement portal, recognised within the industry. Initially they are offering a temporary contact for 6 months but with the view to become permanent after successful contract performance, then they would invest in supporting you through your CIPS qualification. The position will be full time paying £12.45 per hour.
