You will be responsible for assisting the Account Executives and ensuring all customer enquiries are processed effectively, reporting in to the Production Director. You will need to work to tight deadlines and able to work well under pressure.

As part of the role you'll be taking care of all incoming calls to the department and general reception duties. You need to have an eye for detail in preparation of reports for the Manager and Account Executive, as well as collecting data in a timely and accurate manner. Competency in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

You should be organised and well presented with a good attitude and positive mindset. You need to be a real people person and great at building relationships.

You should be flexible in supporting the business requirements, and able to work on your own initiative as well as at least two years' experience in a similar recent job, with no gaps on your CV and a solid work history. You should live within proximity to the Harrow area to be eligible for the position.
