Based in Wythenshawe, this is a great opportunity to join a Global organisation. The main focus of the role is to Completing bookings for all modes, Customer entries for import and export and obtaining files and customers KPI reports


The successful candidate should have a good understanding and working knowledge of all freight movements: Air, Road and Courier; Import and Export

Your responsibilities will include:
Completing bookings for all modes
Customs entries for Import and Export
Obtaining flight details
Preparation of documents
Post flights
Tracking
Customer KPI reports
DQ Entry -EU intrastats
Invoice queries / Purchase matching / Variances -Crosstrade bookings
(All of the above to be handled for all modes import and export)
General customer service

You should have previous experience within a similar role and good working knowledge of freight procedures
