Would you like to work for a small team in an upbeat office in the Cardiff area? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Services Support Administrator to join this established business on a permanent, full-time basis.
On a day-to-day basis, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting business to business customers with daily and complex issues. This isn't a contact centre / call centre job and the queries come through via the telephone and email. The issues raised can sometimes be complex and require the successful applicant to contact various stakeholders to offer a solution to the customer. For this reason, we're looking for somebody who can think on their feet and be pro-active in their approach to problem solving along with having strong administration skills.
It would be advantageous for the successful applicant to have experience of customer service with mixed-channels (ideally online/email and telephone). Due to the complex nature of the queries, excellent literacy skills are required in addition to a great telephone manner and all round administration skills.
