This role will see you working within a small team and will involve customer care and responding to enquiries via email and phone, for example, a user may have difficulty registering on their website you would give help on how to do so. Involved with market research, invoicing, assisting with marketing campaigns.
You need to have strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly in Excel, experience in customer care, problem solving and dealing with enquiries and complaints via email and on the phone. A hard working, enthusiastic and team orientated candidate is essential along with a holding a driving licence with your own transport (due to location)
The icing on the cake would be if you are Welsh Speaking.
