My client is based in Oxford and are looking for a Support and Development Coordinator to work within the Thames Valley Professional Support Unit. Throughout this role your duties include booking meeting rooms, taking minutes in sensitive meetings and occasional challenging telephone calls with trainees. This role is largely office based however may require occasional travel to local venues within the Thames Valley region. For this position you will need strong professionalism, interpersonal skills and a customer-orientated approach due to having regular contact with trainees, delegates and other stakeholders.
This position will be paying £9.28 p/h and you will be paid weekly. The role is initially on a temporary contract for 6 months and it is essential for you to have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work. Along with great planning, organisational and delegation skills and effective time management.
