** Support Living Scheme Manager **
** Rothwell, Northamptonshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm **
** Paying £26,000 **
** Working with adults with physical disabilities, Autism, mild LD, ABI **

BS Social Care are recruiting for a Supported Living Scheme Manager based in Rothwell, Northamptonshire for a permanent and full time contract. This role is for a lovely service which is part of a large care organisation caring for adults aged over 18 years old.

About the employer; this care organisation is a large care company working with service users with all different needs and different age ranges. They are a leading care company providing care within supported living, residential, independent living and more.

About the job; this role is to oversee a well established and hard working staff team and to provide the best possible care to the current and future service users. You will be responsible for ensuring all care plans are followed as they are all very different and individual, you will manage the purpose built building of self contained flats and you will thrive in the role allowing you to succeed in your appointed role. The staff are experienced and work well together providing a safe and great place to work in.

About the ideal candidate; we are ideally looking for someone with up to date and current experience as some form of management within the health and social care sector caring for adults and to have held that for 3 years, we ideally need the candidate to hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 4 relating to this role and be prepared to work towards a Diploma level 5 if you do not already hold this. Being a driver would be a huge benefit and being truly caring holding a supportive attitude towards others, founded on respect and an effective work style that is responsive, participative and creative is a must.

For this full time and permanent role working Monday - Friday, you will be offered a salary of £26,000 alongside a fully paid induction training, paid DBS membership, opportunities for career progression, ongoing training and support, a reward scheme, £200 refer a friend bonus, pension scheme and more.
