Admin Support Officer
Full Time Monday - Friday

Brook Street recruitment agency is currently recruiting for a temporary Support Officer primarily based in Burnley for one of our reputable clients. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure successful delivery of student programmes. Working closely with the Administrative Officer and Head of department, the post holder will be responsible for timetabling and liaising with other members of staff. The role also involves monitoring attendance, collating feedback and providing support with portfolios and assessments.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
" Raise purchase orders for services provided by partner institutions ensuring transparency of finance.
" Lead and develop student attendance monitoring and collate weekly timesheets ensuring correct placement partners are notified in the event of absence.
" Organise student inductions.
" To take the lead in arranging student travel and process travel claims.
" Undertake day to day administrative duties to support other members of staff
" Organise, prepare agendas, document and attend the Phase 2 meetings and any training events / conferences and check action taken as required for the School.
" Demonstrable experience of current administrative/ clerical practices
" Ability to produce high quality and accurate work
" Computer literate in the Microsoft Office suite of packages, familiar with e-mail, use of the internet and electronic filing systems
Monday to Friday - Approx 37 hours in total
Pay Rate: £10.38ph paid weekly
