Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for 2 Support Services Administrators to work for a government client based in Devizes.

Main duties include:
-Answering phone calls and relaying messages to the correct person
-Receive, open, distribute and monitor mail in line with policies and keep secure at all times
-Send, collect and distribute faxes to staff
-Managing the mailbox
-Transcribing audio files
-File documentation securely
-Processing paperwork
-Act as point of contact for communication

Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative experience
-Good communication skills
-Good customer service skills
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Able to work well within a team

These are full time roles working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £8.91 per hour rising to £9.11 per hour after 12 weeks of work.

These are temporary assignments ongoing until 24th October 2022 with a possibility of extension.
