Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced support workers for our client who is a supported living service. Duties will include providing support and keywork to adults with learning disabilities, providing support an a daily basis assisting in developing independent living skills, such as shopping, budgeting, meal planning, completing forms, applying for benefits alongside engaging service users in social and community based activities. Require suitable candidates will have experience in lone working as the majority of work in this role will be based within the community.

To be considered for this role you we ask that you have the relevant 1 year experience in social care within 2 years, we also ask that you are flexible as these are temp shifts

The position is offered on a temporary basis and on an adhoc basis, so flexibility is essential to be considered for this role. Shifts patterns are from 07.30am/14.30pm. there will be an occasional need to do waking night shifts or sleepins.

If this sounds like you then we will require candidates to provide at least 2 years reference history, Undertake either a new enhanced DBS check or be part of the DBS update service.
