Position: Support Worker
Location: E2 8AX
Hours: Full & part-time available, 20 to 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £9


Shift Pattern: 7:30 to 15:00 or 14:30 to 22:00

Male Support workers are required for a community outreach service in Hackney. We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates who are willing to work on a 1-2-1 basis with an Autistic service user. You must be an energetic and positive support worker who can take on the role to meet the needs of vulnerable service users to provide compassionate care which protects the self-esteem and safety of the person/people in the service.

As an Autism Support Worker, you will be involved in:
Supporting vulnerable people to plan and engage in activities in line with their personalised activity planner, which could include holidays, social events, religious and sporting activities, education and employment.
Preserve the general health, welfare and emotional needs of the people.
Encouraging individuals to access a range of prospects and involvements.
Supporting individuals to keep in contact with family and friends, and to participate in social and community activities.


For this role:
You will be paid a minimum of £9 per hour
