This role is based with a 30 bedded care home setting for older residents with mild dementia. Your duties will be to support with their daily routine from morning to breakfast, supporting them to get dressed. The service has their own chef who will supply the meals you will be there to monitor. You will be encouraged to get involved in activities at the service and promote the independence of the service users, you will prompt with personal care however some will need more support.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, caring and want to make a difference. This is a temporary opportunity that has full time hours available.

Essential:

• Experience in Social Care
• Moving and Handling
• Comfortable with personal care

Desirable

• DBS on the update service
• Care Home experience
